Who we serve - State distributors
A structured appointment programme, not an open territory grab.
Ameni appoints state distributors on capability. Appointment, territory scope and any exclusivity are conditional on certification, a credible territory plan, service standards and ongoing performance.
Eligibility
What we assess before appointment.
Commercial standing
Established Australian entity, financial capacity and appropriate insurances.
Sales capability
A demonstrable ability to develop and hold commercial accounts in the territory.
Service capability
Technical resourcing to meet agreed response expectations across the coverage area.
Warehousing and spares
Capacity to hold stock and critical spares appropriate to the fleet.
Territory plan
A realistic plan for site acquisition, deployment volumes and support coverage.
Standards
Willingness to work to Ameni installation, commissioning and support standards.
Programme
From application to appointment.
01
Application
Submit your territory interest and capability summary.
02
Due diligence
Ameni reviews commercial standing, capability and territory plan.
03
Certification
Product, installation, commissioning and platform onboarding training.
04
Appointment
Conditional territory appointment with agreed scope and standards.
05
Performance review
Ongoing review of sales, service and customer outcomes.
Lead routing and account control
Ameni retains final authority over lead routing. Enquiries are qualified nationally and routed where the customer outcome is best served. No distributor is guaranteed every lead in a state.
National and multi-state brand and enterprise accounts remain Ameni-controlled, so those customers receive one consistent commercial and service relationship across the country.
Appointed distributors are expected to accept, respond to and service routed opportunities to agreed standards. Continued territory scope depends on that performance. New South Wales is served directly by Ameni.
Appointment scorecard
How an application is assessed.
Each area is reviewed on its own merits. There is no numerical score and no automatic approval; appointment, territory scope and any exclusivity remain at Ameni's discretion.
Commercial capability
Entity standing, financial capacity, insurances and account development track record.
Territory plan
Credible site acquisition, deployment volumes and coverage across the territory.
Technical and service capability
Technicians, tooling and response coverage against agreed expectations.
Warehousing and spares
Stock holding and critical spares appropriate to the fleet you intend to run.
Lead-response discipline
Speed, quality and consistency in accepting and working routed opportunities.
Certification and review
Completion of product, installation and platform certification, then ongoing performance review.
National account participation
National opportunities, executed locally.
Ameni develops national brand, group and franchise opportunities centrally. Authorised distributors may participate in deployment, installation and support for those sites within their territory, according to program allocation. National accounts are intended to add work to the network rather than compete with it.
Participation is subject to territory and program arrangements. Nothing here promises exclusivity, guaranteed volumes, fixed economics or protected rights.
Application
Apply for consideration
Applications are assessed by Ameni. Distributor pricing, ordering rules and payment terms are private and released only on appointment.
