Enterprise and national brands

One national partner. Local execution.

Deploy vision-powered unattended retail across multiple Australian locations through one coordinated Ameni program.

One agreement. National deployment.

What a national Ameni program gives you.

National account management

One Ameni commercial relationship for the group or head office, rather than a separate negotiation in every state.

Standardised hardware and technology

The same SandStar models, configurations and vision-powered checkout experience at every participating site.

Coordinated rollout

Supply, scheduling and site sequencing planned nationally so locations come online in a controlled order.

Local installation and support

Delivery, installation, commissioning and ongoing service delivered locally through Ameni's authorised distributor network.

Centralised visibility

Machine registration, warranty status and support history held centrally by Ameni, with platform reporting subject to current SandStar platform capability.

Operating model

National coordination. Local execution.

Ameni holds the national commercial relationship and the program standards. Local deployment and service run through the authorised distributor network.

  1. Layer 01

    National brand or group

Head office sets the standard: approved models, configuration, presentation and rollout objectives.

  2. Layer 02

    Ameni national account

Ameni coordinates the national commercial relationship, program standards, supply and warranty accountability.

  3. Layer 03

    Authorised distributor network

Authorised distributors can participate in local deployment, installation and support according to territory and program arrangements.

  4. Layer 04

    Local sites

Each location receives the same equipment standard, the same customer experience and a local point of service.

Participation by any individual distributor is subject to territory and program arrangements. Ameni does not guarantee coverage, allocation or service scope beyond what is agreed in a specific program.

Commercial pathways

Two ways to run a national program.

Pathway 01

National Equipment Program

The group or head office establishes an approved national solution: models, configuration and presentation standards. Participating sites or franchisees can then acquire approved SandStar equipment under that program, with Ameni coordinating supply and local deployment and support.

Commercial terms follow qualification. Freight, installation and commissioning are quoted separately.

Pathway 02

Managed Retail and Operator Program

For suitable networks, Ameni can coordinate a managed unattended retail program delivered with participating authorised operators and distributors, so sites receive the service without owning the equipment.

Subject to site qualification and program structure. Availability varies by location and is not offered as a blanket national service.

Built for distributed networks

Where a national program works.

Multi-site fitness and gyms

Extend 24 hour trading in clubs where staffed retail is not viable outside peak hours.

Franchise networks

An approved national solution that individual franchisees can adopt without renegotiating equipment.

Workplaces and industrial groups

Shift-friendly chilled, ambient and frozen retail across offices, depots and plants.

Hotels and accommodation

A controlled, branded self-service offer in lobbies and floors without extending staffed hours.

Student accommodation and universities

Late-night availability across residences and campus buildings under one standard.

Healthcare

Around-the-clock access for staff, patients and visitors in buildings that never close.

Property and facilities portfolios

A consistent amenity across managed buildings, coordinated centrally and serviced locally.

Method

Pilot to national rollout, in five stages.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Objectives, locations, ownership model, range and success measures agreed up front.

  2. 02

    Program design

Model selection, configuration, presentation and reporting requirements defined nationally.

  3. 03

    Pilot deployment

Delivery, installation, commissioning and platform activation on the pilot sites.

  4. 04

    Results review

Review performance against the measures agreed in discovery.

  5. 05

    National rollout

Staged expansion with a repeatable deployment and support model in each territory.

Pilot measurement

What we measure before a rollout.

These are measurement categories agreed in discovery, not performance claims. Every figure comes from your own pilot sites.

Customer behaviour

  • Adoption - how many people on site actually use the machine
  • Transaction activity - volume and pattern by day and time
  • Product mix - which lines move and which do not

Operations

  • Availability - how often popular lines are out of stock
  • Replenishment effort - visits, time on site and stock handling
  • Operational issues - faults, downtime and how they were resolved

Network control

  • Presentation consistency across participating sites
  • Reporting fit against your internal requirements
  • National and multi-state relationships remain Ameni-managed

Measurement scope depends on platform capability at the time of the pilot; several reporting features are planned or integration-dependent. Ameni does not publish customer names, case studies or performance figures that have not been verified and approved for release.

National opportunity

Discuss a national rollout.

Tell us the shape of the network and we will come back with a program structure rather than a single machine quote.

Brand and enterprise enquiry

We have carried this across so you do not repeat yourself. Not the right path?

National enquiries are handled by the Ameni national account team. Commercial terms follow qualification and are not published.

Your details go to the AMENI team in Australia and are used only to respond to this enquiry.
